Rebar Rib-peeling and thread rolling machine:

Rolling Right Threading: clockwise turn the feed lever to set the rolling head on the initial position. Then turn on the power supply, close the earth leakage protection switch. Then turn switches to clockwise turning and right thread, anticlockwise rotate the feed lever, now the rolling head anticlockwise turning (face to the rolling head) and coolant flows out. Keep turning the feed lever then the machine is stripping the rib. When the length of rib-stripping meets requirement, the rib-stripping tools will automatically open. Keep turning the feed lever to feed, the machine is rolling thread now. About 5 seconds later, the rolling head will work automatically; it will automatically stop and return after finishing. 

Rolling left threading: adjust the threading rollers and eccentric sleeve, and then turn switches to anticlockwise turning and left thread, anticlockwise rotate the feed lever, now the rolling head anticlockwise turning (face to the rolling head) and strip rib off the rebar until the tool posts open. Keep turning the feed lever (attention: can not feed too fast). The rolling head automatically change to clockwise turning; keep feeding with force, just a few seconds, the machine can achieve automatic feed, change the rotating direction and return after finishing. Give reinforcement by clockwise turning the feed lever to help the machine head go back to the initial position. Then the machine stops.
